Allan Mark’s real estate career dates back to 1985, giving him over 30 years of experience in real estate investing and the commercial property industry in Hamilton. Allan started NZ Commercial Property Brokers Ltd. in 1988 with his brother Kevin, and since then, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Over the years, Allan has built up many long-term business relationships with investors, individuals, property owners and corporations. He has leased and managed properties for well-known names such as Hertz, Gough Gough & Hamer and Crown Relocations.

Kevin’s real estate career goes as far back as 1982 when he began selling homes. He was drawn to the commercial market when he sold his first commercial property in 1985. Kevin is also the co-owner of NZ Commercial Property Brokers Ltd., along with his brother Allan Mark.
Kevin does not just sell and lease commercial property, he also owns commercial property himself. This insight makes him an understanding and experienced commercial property agent who can put himself in the client’s shoes.

Ian has been part of NZ Commercial Property Brokers Ltd. for over 10 years and is an expert in commercial property investment in Hamilton.
Ian has a diverse educational background and has a Bachelor in Horticultural Science, Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and a Graduate Diploma in Business. Commercial property has become his primary focus, especially when it comes to new build projects.

Luke Verschaffelt has over a decade’s worth of experience and has been working in commercial real estate investing since 2010. Prior, Luke worked in commercial construction and specialised in high-end interiors. This experience makes him a real asset to the team and his clients.
Luke’s forte is industrial and commercial property investment sales, and as he lives in Cambridge, he has an ear to the ground in the Cambridge property market.

Domonique's career began in the administrative department of the Juvenile Justice sector in Sydney before she moved to Hamilton in 2016 with her family. Domonique has been with NZ Commercial Property Brokers for a few years now and has learnt so much about the industry thanks to her incredible team.
