Allan's real estate career dates back to 1985, giving him over 35 years of experience in Hamilton's commercial property sector. He co-founded CPB in 1988 with his brother Kevin and has managed properties for major clients including Hertz and Crown Relocations.

With over 10 years at CPB, Ian specialises in new build projects. He holds a Bachelor in Horticultural Science and a Business Graduate Diploma, and as a commercial property owner himself, brings hands-on investment knowledge to his clients.
